I could walk the1.5 miles and eat it there and then walk back. This way I would also get my exercise. Have to loose 25 lbs. that I gained with my last quit. Ain’t gonna do that pigging out this time. No chocolate and other junk here. Time to slim down with summer around the corner. Monika Itd be cheaper to make your own sandwichs like I do. message Anyone else thinking of doing the Subway diet?  I read an article recently of a couple women who did it and it worked for them.  It consists of one 6 inch sub for lunch and a 12 inch sub for supper.  Since I can’t eat a 12 inch sub I’m improvising a little, by putting cheese on mine and something light for breakfast, then subs for lunch and supper.  I bought the stuff so it wont be so expensive… With hope and heart, Kathleen

Well, it worked for Jared .. but there is no way I’m gonna each the same food every day for a year. It just ain’t gonna happen. Having said that, I’m off to subway in a minute for a chicken satay salad .. at 180 calories (or 220 with cheese) they are not bad .. although I don’t think it’s available in the US For info on subway stuff nutritional values, see http://www.subway.com/our_food/nguide/nguide.html GraC Smoke free for: One month, one week, five days, 17 hrs, 45 mins, 19 secs. That’s 1530 cigarettes not smoked, saving AU$489.88. Time I would have wasted smoking? 5 days, 7 hours, 30 minutes.         Graham Cairns – Journalist and Educator         I work for, not speak for, my employers www.cairnscommunications.com  icq#104657245
